Guest Cancellation Policy:
• If a guest cancels a confirmed booking made through the Site and Services at least 48 hours before the event's scheduled start time, they will receive a refund of the total payment, minus service fees and applicable taxes (including the Partner guest’s share). This refund, equivalent to the Event Fees, will be processed within 5-7 working days.
• If a guest cancels a confirmed booking made through the Site and Services less than 48 hours before the event's scheduled start time, no refund will be provided.
• If a guest cancels a confirmed booking at least 48 hours before the event's scheduled start time, and this cancellation causes the event to fall below the minimum guest participant threshold specified by the Host in the Listing, the Host has the option to proceed with or cancel the event. The Host must cancel at least 24 hours before the event's scheduled start time. This cancellation option is limited to two instances per month.
• If a guest cancels a confirmed booking less than 48 hours before the event's scheduled start time, and this cancellation causes the event to fall below the minimum guest participant threshold, the Host must proceed with the event if other guests have booked. In this case, 100% of the penalty (excluding service fees and applicable taxes) levied on the guest will be paid to the Host.
• A guest will be barred from participating on Prebooze.com if they cancel 5 events within a 12-month period. To remove this bar, the guest must pay a fee of Rs. 500.
Host Considerations and Incentives:
• Hosts are advised to proceed with events even if the minimum guest number is not met, as cancellations can negatively impact their ratings. To incentivize this, Prebooze.com may, at its sole discretion, share a portion of the service fees with the Host. This will be communicated to the Host when such a situation arises.
Host Cancellation Policy:
• Hosts can cancel events without penalty if they do so more than 7 days before the event's scheduled start.
• If a host cancels within 7 days of the event, they are allowed to cancel twice a month or three consecutive cancellations. Beyond this, the Host will be barred from hosting on Prebooze.com.
• Upon Host cancellation, guests will be refunded within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
• Hosts barred from hosting due to cancellations can remove this bar by paying a fee of Rs. 500.
• In addition to the above, if a host cancels a confirmed booking, Prebooze.com may apply penalties or consequences to the host or their Listing, including:
o Publishing an automated review indicating the cancellation.
o Making the Listing's calendar unavailable for the canceled booking dates.
o Imposing a cancellation fee (deducted from future payouts).
• Hosts will be notified of applicable cancellation fees when they choose to cancel.
• Prebooze.com may, at its sole discretion, require a security deposit of INR 5,000 for future events if a host cancels an event.
Extenuating Circumstances:
• Prebooze.com may, at its sole discretion, cancel confirmed bookings made through the Website and Services due to extenuating circumstances.
